Joy Tanner, Intern
Joy is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University and licensure with the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNC-Charlotte in 1995. Joy is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association for Christian Counselors. She began with Rosario Counseling & Associates in 2007 as an Office Manager and is now returning as our counseling intern. As a parent of six children, four of whom are adopted, Joy has a heart for helping adoptive families and has previously led a post-adoption support group at her church. Joy offers individual counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing various life issues.
