Beth Boldt, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.
Beth holds a Master's degree in social work from UNC-Chapel Hill as well as a BA in psychology from Youngstown State University. She began her social work career in 1992 in the field of geriatrics, where she gained vast experience in helping seniors and their families. Later, she acquired clinical experience and training, working with Adolescents, Couples and Adults, in both group and individual therapy.
Beth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board, and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Beth uses an eclectic approach, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral techniques. Her areas of interest include: Mood disorders; obsessive-compulsive disorder; post-tramatic stress disorder; issues of addiction and co-dependency; women's issues; parenting concerns; marital issues; inter-generational relationship and grief/loss. She strives to create a safe, compassionate, therapeutic environment where individuals can learn to lead a life that is both fulfilling and abundant.
